Good, clean, well maintained houses - that's what our tenants say they like about our student homes.
You'll find our houses are furnished and maintained to the highest standards with quality furniture and equipment. All rooms have double beds, wardrobes, drawers, desks and bookcases. All our accommodation has flat screen television with TV licence, unlimited broadband and all bills included. Our properties are non-smoking. All rents are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, TV licence and broadband.
We own and manage a selection of properties to suit different people - round the corner from the city centre, or quieter places a few minutes from campus. All are very comfortable and well equipped.
We are always on hand to help and quick to respond to anything that needs maintenance. As parents of students ourselves, we know what you appreciate in a student house. We encourage tenants to keep in touch with us during the year so that we can keep properties maintained to the highest standards.
All deposits are lodged with the Government approved Deposit Protection Service If you underspend your utilities allowance, we refund the surplus at the end of the tenancy.
